About the speaker

I've spent the last ten years in e-commerce, and most of that time was spent figuring out the hard way what works when you're trying to sell in a market you don't fully understand yet. I built and scaled D2C brands across multiple countries, ran performance marketing for them, and learned that the difference between a successful expansion and a waste of money usually comes down to how much you actually know before you commit budget.
