Dr. Nour Naim is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Expert and Researcher with over 8 years of academic and applied experience across the SWANA region. She holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence Management, specializing in algorithmic accountability, policy evaluation, and the ethical deployment of emerging technologies. Currently, Dr. Naim manages ethical AI solutions and operational codes of conduct, with a particular focus on responsible AI frameworks within digital commerce, healthcare, and education. As a research collaborator with Columbia University and the founder of AI Minds Academy, she is dedicated to advancing algorithmic fairness and technical literacy, bridging the gap between global tech innovations and regional socio-technical realities.
