"The growth of global e-commerce and e-export is often hindered by two major bottlenecks: operational friction in cross-border payments and the 'trust gap' within the supply chain. This case study presents a transformative approach to these challenges by leveraging the 'Reality Layer' developed through our extensive PoC (Proof of Concept) collaborations with Tier-1 financial institutions. We will demonstrate how creating Digital Twins of vital trade documents—such as invoices, letters of credit, and customs declarations—on a decentralized infrastructure can eliminate fraud and verify transactions in seconds. By transitioning from traditional document handling to Distributed Document Management, we have observed a 40% increase in operational efficiency.
