Grow an AI Brand With Zero Ad Budget: Predict, Test, Execute

Most startups don’t have a traffic problem. They have a clarity problem. At every event, people asked us the same question: “So what does Eva Stack actually do?” We had three AI products, one marketer and zero ad budget. Our team also didn’t want to be on camera.

In this talk, I’ll show the system I built to grow three AI brands (Eva Social AI, Ruuwe and Maevi) with no paid ads. It has three steps. First, we predict: AI scores content ideas before we make them. Second, we test: we run each message past synthetic focus groups, which are AI personas that react like real buyers, so we find weak hooks before the market does. Third, we execute: we batch-produce platform-native content. In one day we filmed 13 videos, then cut them into a separate version for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

The biggest lesson was that personal, human posts beat product posts by about 10x on my LinkedIn. So we moved from corporate videos to people-led storytelling.

You will leave with a simple Predict → Test → Execute playbook, a fixed video format (Hook → Feature → How to use → CTA), and a checklist for turning one idea into a week of content, even if you are a team of one.

I'm Dilara, Growth Marketing Manager at Eva Stack.

We build three AI tools for marketers:
→ Eva creates your content
→ Ruuwe tests it on AI audiences before you post
→ Maevi runs your ads

My job is to grow all three with no ad budget. So I test everything: hooks, formats, referral ideas, posting times, and how our team shows up on camera (spoiler: they don't want to).

What I work on every day:
- Getting new users without paid ads
- Turning trials into paying customers
- Referral and partner programs
- Content that sounds like people, not a press release

Before Eva, I spent over a year in communication and content management. That's where I learned the most important rule in marketing: people follow people, not logos. Here I share what's working, what's flopping, and what a small AI startup in Istanbul really looks like from the inside.
